DWMC Ltd was established in 2001 by Debra Woods, building on over 15 years of experience in people development and change. Our team of experienced and trusted consultants, facilitators and coaches work in the following areas:

Developing People

Coaching teams in the role of learning or change partner, we help them to create real clarity and alignment to organisational goals, and to build productive ways of working. Team coaching works with real team goals and challenges, and aims to develop the ability of the team to coach itself to learn fast.

We provide support and skills development in performance management for managers and their teams in creating the conditions to develop and deliver.

Selecting and growing talent is essential to build high performance teams. We have in depth experience in the design of assessment and development centres, for restructuring, recruitment, promotion or internal selection and for
leadership development.

  1.     Designing and facilitating workshops for 200 senior managers in a global blue chip company, to prepare them for challenging conversations with their teams in times of major restructuring.

  2.     Coaching a team of European Directors to actively lead change in a division of a FTSE 100 company, across sixteen countries, and engage with their teams, in order to drive performance and increase motivation in times of significant organisational change

  3.     Designing and facilitating workshops to launch a major upskilling of around 1500 key professionals as part of a culture change programme, in the UK, Europe, North America, Japan, China and Sweden

  4.     Developing and running a tailored  360° feedback process for Board Executive team to create a new leadership culture in a restructured Government Department.

  5.     Coaching Investment Directors in a FTSE 100 company, to make higher quality investment decisions, through increased understanding of interpersonal dynamics and leadership style.
